Sheldon StoutT - Chief Executive officer

Sheldon is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO, Business Development Director and Consultant, with over 30 years programme and project management experience in delivering large-scale IT programmes. This ranges from concept creation to budgets, funding, timescales, multi-discipline leadership skills and quality assurance. His consulting experience is focussed on business growth and Information Technology across the public and private sector; specialising in building businesses (organically and through acquisition), raising capital investment and managing partnerships that bridge the gap between the two.
Sheldon now specialises in bringing an innovative range of excellent digital solutions to market using advanced communications technologies and methodologies to serve communities of people and interest.



Caroline Williamson - Executive Director

Caroline Williamson is an influential and results driven Senior Programme Manager with a sustained track record of delivering transformational change projects across the full project lifecycle at prestigious organisations including: United Biscuits, Barclays bank, Co-operative Bank, Aer Lingus, easyJet and Camelot.

Caroline is a Prince 2 Practitioner who leverages strong IT background and comprehensive skills set to deliver major IT and business change solutions that deliver sustainable benefits including cost efficiencies and improved corporate resilience/scalability.



Cllr Paul Bettison, OBE - Executive Director

Paul is an experienced entrepreneur and public servant, who has spent ten successful years with US based Rockwell International, before setting up his own successful business during the mid–1980s, after which he turned to local politics. Paul is passionate about technology and its practical application for serving the UK’s citizens.

In 1996 Paul was elected Leader of the Conservative Group (then in opposition) at Bracknell Forest.  In the elections in May 1997, Paul led the Conservative Group to victory, gaining the distinction of being the only Conservative Leader in the country to wrest power from Labour.

Paul was awarded the Order of the British Empire in the Queen’s 2016 Birthday Honours List.



Colin Knight

Colin is a successful, energetic and pragmatic “hands-on” business leader experienced in developing small and medium sized businesses from concept to delivery.  
He has a proven record of innovative and creative contribution in business strategy, product development and delivery, holding senior appointments in the Computer and Telecommunications market place, working extensively across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.



Andy Rennison

Andy has significant experience both in the public and private sectors, which enables him to effectively facilitate true collaborative working to deliver shared goals. Andy’s public sector engagement includes housing, education, children’s services and regeneration. For the last 15 years he has been leading teams and influencing politicians to improve their effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes for young people. Andy led the creation of 3BM Ltd, who are the first employee-owned mutual to spin out of local government. Andy has driven them to double in size within two years, incorporating staff from three high-performing London boroughs. Andy’s key passion is advocacy for employee ownership; as a means of developing organisations with a social conscience, focussing on customer needs and a drive for innovation.



Dr Jon Hall

Jon Hall is a senior academic at the Open University and also a successful researcher and consultant in complex problem solving. His research portfolio includes some well-known organisations, including General Dynamics UK and Bank of America. For over more than 15 years, Jon has worked with large and small organisations in both the public and the private sectors to discover new value in processes and structures. Jon specialises in thinking differently about problems, on unlocking the value of novel creative solutions and reducing the risks involved in change. He has held leadership roles in many organisations, always driving value creation.

The Lord’s Taverners, a children’s charity that exists to enhance the sporting chances of disadvantaged and disabled young people. The Lord’s Taverners is the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity.

Sheldon Stoutt is an Executive Member of the Hertfordshire Region, reporting directly to the Chairman with specific responsibility for education initiatives and is also involved with a variety of head office initiatives.
